Can't wait to create fantastic camp memories with your summer builders!!!! For April Break, we will do a mini brick build Tues and Wed, April 16 and 17. The church has some Easter and break week events taking place so we will not have a full week camp. Both days will be 9AM-12PM and will be $20/builder/day.
This mini camp will include a number of brick challenges, and we'll bring in our WeDo, Boost robot, EV3 and zipline, as well as some other fun things to try that go up quickly like Snap Circuits. We'll also have some group large set build opportunities, and as always, open build, snack time, active time, and brain break opportunities. Those who are currently in the middle of a set may work on those sets but we will be limiting set building due to the short time frame. Possibly we will see if we can make a really tall and detailed marble chute, a competition to see who can make a high, deep and wide card house, and a group build with a really long and intricate chain reaction of dominoes. Let me know if you are thinking of bringing builders so we can prep the right amount of activities... We will need at least 6 builders both days in order to hold this mini camp.
WINTER BREAK CAMP We'll have a February Break Camp February 18 -22, 2019 for independent builders ages 5 and up. Our theme will be Mystery Structures and we will do a mix of open build, mystifying building challenges, mysterious games, mystery snacks, and you-choose set building. 9AM - 12NOON $25/day/builder $100/week/builder All programs take place at Risen Christ Church, 1000 Moseley Road, Fairport.
