We will offer four build weeks this summer for kids ages 5-11.
July 11-15 - North South East West - World of Bricks! July 18-22 - Ahoy - Brick Adventureland! August 15-19 - To the Brick Universe and Beyond! August 22-26 - Crazy for Bricks! I just made those up so we'll develop that a little more in the next month or two. The dates are correct, the themes are a work in progress... As always, there will be a packed room of open build, loads of sets, brick challenges, brain break activities, theme-related special builds, tech table, and also outdoor active time. Brick weeks will be 9:30AM to NOON daily. Only full weeks will be offered again this year. More details to come, but aside from a slight time difference, the basics are the same as those posted in the June Preschool Build and Play Weeks.

All times held at Risen Christ Church. Covid safety rules followed. The following 4 weeks of June 2022 Build and Play days are for those who are moving up from attending a four-year-old program (at Risen Christ or elsewhere) in the 2021-2022 schoolyear: 5/31-6/3 Week One – Oodles of Noodles! Plenty of options for kids who love LEGO® bricks, and those who don’t. We’ll be outside as much as possible this year. Covid-19 protocols will be followed similar to those used during the school year. The 2022 Program Safety Requirements and our drop-off and pick-up procedure will be covered in our registration details for those who choose to attend. Most of our adult workers are staff members at Risen Christ Preschool. Priority for filling our slots will go to RCP attendees. Our program morning runs from 9AM to 11:30AM each day. Only full weeks are available this year. Snack provided. Contact is Sara Reczek at [email protected] and 585-290-8102. Cost of our June Build and Play weeks are as follows: $100/week/child (one exception: 5/31-6/3 is $80/week because it’s a 4-day week) Cash, checks to 31Bricks LLC, or Venmo (@thirtyonebricks) (found in business section, not personal) due the first day your child attends along with their registration forms. The only information I need emailed ahead of time are the dates your child is coming, any allergy information, and the best way to communicate with the primary guardian. Turn in your forms and payment when your child actually comes. Email Sara for more info or for any questions. [email protected] Printed forms also available through Sara at Risen Christ Preschool or online at the 31Bricks website – 31bricks.com A detailed schedule of each week will be sent out in May. You can sign up for as many or as few weeks as you choose, while space remains. No one-day-only or day-to-day options available this year. When you bring your child the first day of participation, we need the signed registration form and the signed authorization form, as well as payment at that time. We do not recommend early payment. If your child has participated in a 31Bricks program in the past (not including Lunch Bunch or Enrichments), and their information has not changed, I do NOT need a new form. Can't wait to create fantastic memories with your little builders!!!! Hi everyone! It's been a while since we posted some news so we'll do two posts now. :) We had eight packed build days spread between Black Friday and New Year's at the end of 2021, and had so much holiday fun with our LEGO enthusiasts ages 5-11. Those build days didn't make it on to the website because they were filled beyond capacity very quickly from our mailing list.
We wish everyone a happy, healthy 2022, and we certainly hope that we can get back to a full calendar of events in the near future. For now, we have decided not to have birthday parties temporarily, since community health is still largely impacted by the pandemic. We have not decided yet about school break build days in February and April. February would be a last minute plan at this point, but if some of our regular builders express interest, we might host some build days during the February 21-25 days off. You can email us at [email protected] to check if we will hold a couple of builds that week. We do have our plans made for our summer build weeks and we'll post those next! |
